“Help All, Serve All”

Our goal is to provide preventive free health screenings for the uninsured and under-insured, to provide health education, and to increase awareness about declining health conditions within the United States.

Health Education

Health education builds knowledge, skills, and positive attitudes about health. Health education involves physical, mental, emotional and social health. It motivates people to improve and maintain their health, prevent disease, and reduce risky behaviors.

Health Screenings

Regular health exams and tests can help find problems before they start. They also can help find problems early, when your chances for treatment and cure are better. By getting the right health services, screenings, and treatments, you are taking steps that help your chances for living a longer, healthier life.

Community Outreach

Making a difference. Our projects are all community driven. We recognize the importance of supporting our community and we are proud to collaborate with, volunteer for, and connect with many local charitable organizations.
